Reese turned one! | Temecula Cake Smash Photographer

Sweet little Reese celebrated her first birthday! I was thrilled when her mom decided to bring donuts instead of a traditional cake, it’s nice to change things up sometimes! Although Reese seemed a bit scared of the donuts, she looked adorable in her Winter Wonderland-themed outfit. Reese is absolutely precious with her chubby cheeks and stunning blue eyes. It was fun to include her big brother join in for some photos, they are both such cute kids.

Being a Christmas Birthday Baby is so special! Adorable Christopher’s momma contacted me several months ago about doing a Christmas themed birthday photoshoot to celebrate his big day — turning one on Christmas! When his session finally rolled around, I couldn’t believe how quickly this year flew by! Getting to incorporate a Christmas theme into this session was so much fun. Christopher got to end the session in my little baby tub which he and every baby LOVES, always making for some cute shots.

Getting to meet this cute family and their new baby boy was such a treat! I love when siblings are old enough to hold their new sibling well because that means I can get a variety of sibling shots. Big sister was so adorably loving with her new baby brother.

Isaiah’s 1st birthday! | One and Loved

I got to meet adorable little Isaiah last year for his newborn photoshoot, and he has somehow gotten even cuter! He is so handsome with the cutest little smile. His “One and Loved” theme for his one year session and 1st birthday party is one of the best ideas I’ve heard yet.

For one year sessions, I like to start with some portraits, add in some balloons and “ONE” letters, then get to the most fun part with the CAKE! Smashing a cake can get messy, and babies always love it when their parents choose to wrap up the session with some adorable baby tub shots. Isaiah made the whole session a blast and we ended up with so many sweet photos.
